Please fill the form out completely; incomplete forms cannot be processed. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which we must receive before we process your application. You can deposit this $25 fee into our Wells Fargo or Affinity Plus FCU account or via Zelle or via PayPal, ask for details. If you put down $200 or more--fully credited to your move-in cost we will hold the unit for you until we can process your application. If for some reason you are not approved, this deposit will be refunded. If we accept you and you change your mind or don't pay the rest of the deposit money within 5 days and/or complete the move-in process in a timely manner, your deposit will be forfeited.
